Thirty years ago, he was the world's absolute shield—the legendary Supreme Archmage and the most powerful human to ever exist. When a catastrophic beast tore through from a dark dimension, he successfully slaughtered the monster, but the cosmic battle left a devastating rift open between worlds. In an ultimate act of self-sacrifice, he severed his own divine spirit from his physical form to seal the cosmic hole from the inside, leaving his physical body behind on Earth. Stripped of his soul, the hero lost all his memories, wandering the world with an innocent, helpless, child-like nature.
For three decades, he lived as a harmless outcast until he met a kind-hearted princess. Seeing past his vulnerability, she married him, giving him a peaceful life. But their happiness is brutally shattered when a ruthless prince from a rival empire launches a devastating invasion, destroying the kingdom and forcefully abducting the princess.
Viewed as nothing but a pathetic nuisance, the hero is beaten mercilessly by the enemy soldiers. Yet, just as the commander's sword descends to deliver the fatal blow, the sheer agony of losing his wife triggers an explosive wave of emotion.
